A business coach usually helps with you, the business owner.
They focus on mindset, motivation, leadership, and unlocking your potential. They might not know the nuts and bolts of your industry, but they can help you work through your limiting beliefs, improve your confidence, and hold you accountable to your personal goals.
Pros: Great for personal development and accountability
Cons: Not always hands-on with your business operations
A Business Advisor
Now we’re talking practical support.
A business advisor dives into the business itself - systems, structure, profitability, staffing, strategy. They’ll give you tailored business advice, help you make better decisions, and work with you to get tangible results.
Pros: Experienced, strategic, practical, results-focused
Cons: Usually paid, and you’ll need to be ready to take action
